Should we be on Shopify or custom Next.js?

If you have under 200 SKUs and standard fulfilment, Shopify is faster and cheaper. If you need custom logic (subscriptions, B2B pricing tiers, complex variants) — go custom. We build both.

Do you handle product photography?

Premium and Annual Growth bundles include studio + lifestyle shoot. UGC creative is sourced separately as part of Promotion campaigns.

Can we sell on ONDC and our own store?

Yes. We can wire your store to ONDC via supported network participants alongside your D2C site.

What about logistics and shipping integrations?

Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, ShipStation, Easyship — all supported. We don't operate logistics; we wire and configure.

Do you handle marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)?

Marketplace optimisation is a Premium add-on. Listing, A+ content, advertising, review management — but D2C site comes first.

How do you handle returns and RTO?

Address verification at checkout, COD-confirmation calls/SMS, post-purchase tracking pages — all standard. RTO can drop 30–50% with the right setup.
