All timelines begin when you submit the onboarding form, not when you make payment. All timelines are measured in business days (excluding weekends and Indian public holidays).

Note: Months 1 and 2 of any ad campaign are learning phase. Real ROI is typically visible from Month 3 onwards. We will be transparent in every report about which phase your campaign is in.

Business hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–19:00 IST (UTC+5:30). Outside these hours, responses are best-effort.
Reporting cadence
- Project completion report — issued at sign-off, before final handover. Includes deliverables list, credentials, training video, what's live, and recommendations.
- Monthly retainer report — delivered within the first 5 business days of every calendar month. Includes work completed, results, insights, and next-month plan.
- Daily progress messages — automated WhatsApp/email updates during active project builds, every business day.
What is NOT covered by this SLA
The following are dependent on third-party platforms and outside our control:
- Google Business Profile verification (Google's timeline)
- Meta WhatsApp Business API approval (Meta's timeline)
- Domain DNS propagation (24–48 hours)
- Email sender reputation warming (~14 days)
We submit to these third parties promptly. Approval timelines are theirs.
If we miss the SLA
If we miss any committed delivery deadline (excluding clock-pause periods and third-party-dependent items), you are entitled to a 100% refund. See our Refund Policy for the claim process.
