What does '10% ad-spend management fee' mean?+
On top of the monthly retainer, we charge 10% of whatever you spend on ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc). So if you spend $1,000/month on Meta ads, that's a $100/month management fee on top of the retainer. This aligns our incentives — we make more when you spend more profitably.
Is the ad spend included in the monthly fee?+
No — ad spend goes directly to Meta / Google from your card, billed by them. The monthly retainer covers our management; the 10% fee covers ongoing optimisation.
What's the minimum ad budget?+
Starter: $200/month ad spend. Professional: $500/month. Premium: $1,000/month. Below these thresholds, ads don't get enough data to optimise — better to start with SEO or organic social.
Can you guarantee ROAS?+
No legitimate ads agency can. ROAS depends on your offer, pricing, market and creative — variables we can't control alone. We CAN guarantee deliverables (creatives, landing pages, reports) and commit to clear leading indicators (CTR, CPL, conversion rate). If month-3 metrics aren't meeting industry benchmarks, we agree on changes or you cancel.
Month-1 expectations?+
Month 1 is learning — Meta and Google need 7–14 days of data per ad set to optimise. Expect higher CAC in week 1, dropping by week 3 as the algorithms calibrate. Don't judge by week-1 numbers.
What creatives do you produce?+
Static image ads, carousel ads, and short-form videos / reels. UGC sourcing is included on Premium — we coordinate with 1–2 creators per month to produce native-feeling video content.
Do you handle LinkedIn / YouTube ads?+
LinkedIn and YouTube are included in Premium. They're powerful for B2B and high-consideration sales but expensive — Starter and Professional focus on Meta + Google where the math works for most SMBs.
Festive campaigns — included?+
Yes. Pongal, Diwali, Eid, Onam, Christmas, Black Friday, New Year — all included as part of the monthly creative refresh. Pre-built templates we customise for your business.
Can you set up tracking properly?+
Yes — Meta Pixel, Google Tag, GA4, server-side events via Conversions API. Included in setup. iOS 14+ post-IDFA tracking is built in.
What if ROAS drops below 1?+
We pause spend, review attribution, audit creative/landing pages, and recommend changes (or cancellation). You don't keep burning money — that's the deal.
