Is our data safe with Claude / GPT?
Yes if configured right. We use Anthropic and OpenAI API endpoints with data-retention disabled (or run via Vercel AI Gateway with zero-retention). No customer data is used for model training. We can also host on-prem via Ollama for sensitive workloads — costs more.
Can you train an AI on our specific product catalogue?
Yes — that's RAG (retrieval-augmented generation). We index your catalogue + FAQs into a vector store, and the AI retrieves relevant snippets per query. Cheaper and more accurate than fine-tuning a model.
What if a workflow breaks?
